lose fat, get toned, and maybe compete in a figure competition
Goal (Long):
all my life i was the chubby girl until highschool when i developed the eating disorder anorexia nervosa, so many years after that i got healthy a little too healthy i gained a lot of weight back and did the oprah yo-yo dieting and now i want to be healthy slim and hard bodied for life. My only goal is that one not so much to lift an abundance of weight or be superman since I am a woman I would like the feminine look.

I do not eat more carbs for cardio. The only time that is a recommendation is if you are training for endurance, like a marathon. We train for physique. When do you do your cardio?
Vary the amount of carbs you eat while keeping protein constant, and fat *slightly* higher on no-carb days. Have high carbs on the toughest training days, like legs and back, low carbs on other days like arms, chest and delts, and no carbs on off days.
Competition cut or for work/photo shoots? I'm weird either way. My maintenance window is huge and I have to bump up my cals a ton to gain or cut down to nothing to lose - it stinks!!
I just read your line about the butt being perky as a "perk" now I am laughing and it's really early on my day off. Yes I totally agree, why wait around for the butt to drop, take action and keep it "perky"
