How I Started:
Was tired of being super skiny.One day working as a dish washer i put out my knee i had to go to physio for it. In physio i discoverd i loved exersizing it became an obsesion I would cruch my way to the gym five times a week to work out I started smiling agian seeing progress. I guess i finaly realized ther was somthing i could do to beter myself plus I wanted girls to notice me
Why I Love It:
I like how it makes me feel about myself keeps me in a helthy liffstile
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy i hate seeing my body deteriate and i see alot of people i went to school with look terable now plus i like the atention. I see a person with an awsume body and i want that for myself one day.

I want to get into personal training first and then I want to go back to school for physiotherapy. I was accepted into the kinesiology course years ago and is a big regret in my life that I didn,t go ahead with the course.
