D-Line78 Animal Pak is great. I feel more energized during the day. Universal Nutrition is by far my favorite supplement company. You can tell from my supplement list. I suggest you take Animal Pak once a day, usually with breakfast or some kind of whole food. I get stomach cramps if I take it on an empty stomach. And drinks lots of water. Jan 3, 2008 4:07pm

jmt92 I'm about to start my size trainin regimen again next monday.check my training on my profile sometime within the next couple of hours or tomorrow I'm about to put it up.As for supps the one's I currently use are on there aswell and I'm gonna stick with them and add a few in the near future.Keep your diet strict and huge,trainin strict,and always be a stickler for good form. -jmt Jul 10, 2007 8:48pm
