I did get some feedback. I now have one of the judges as a coach so I'm golden now. She wants me to add some size to my quads and calves and all my cardio is going to be on the bike. I didn't start my cardio early enough for last show.

Thanks for the add. I would lift as heavy as you feel comfortable. I rarely train with low weight and high reps. I always train heavy weight. I warm up with light sets and move my way up the rack until I hit my max weight for 6 reps. 4 sets per exercise.
