How I Started:
I owe it all to my dad. He's been going to the gym for over 25 years and he is in the greatest shape of his life. He was the one who motivated me. And hell I had great genes to work with!
Why I Love It:
I love competition, I love a challenge,and most of all I love seeing my muscle GROW!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that there could be someone out there training harder than me. I always feel on top of the world after a great workout, nothing beats that feeling!

nice work in that show....with another 4 weeks of cutting you should be really shredded and do even better in those western canadian's i would think....so hard to know wtf the judges want in figure though. did you get input from the ones at the SWFC?
yeah, if i didnt have it i would go crazy out here. thats all there is to do other than eat and sleep; is gym and run. its all good though, because what little distractions i do have disappear...
