How I Started:
I was your typical dork in high school. I lacked the physical confidence and was jealous that my friends who where in better shape than I and they got all the girls. I was eating burgers and pizza, playing video games, and hibernating in my house. I dreaded exercise and would do anything to avoid it. Until one day i just decided I was fed up with looking and feeling the way I did so I decided to get a gym membership and I've been a meat head ever since.
Why I Love It:
The party pump! Eating steak, chicken and potatoes like I'm a beast!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results and trying to find the limits i can push my body to. I've been at a pretty unhealthy low point so I can't see myself ever returning to that same state. Working out and being healthy have become part of my lifestyle.
BB Accomplishments:
I ate 26 oz of steak one time, and that was just the appetizer!
This picture cracks me up to see how skinny and flabby I used to be. I had just graduated high school at this time, and was fed up with being unsatisfied with my self image and health choices. I was probably about 140-150 lbs here.
so here i am at the beginning of summer and im not as ripped as i wanna be. Following a clean eating diet but nothing pre conest worthy. Im doing about 30 - 45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and swiming for about 15 minutes for HIIT twice a week.
