How I Started:
I've always wanted to get real big. My dad bought a bench that was on sale for like 30 bucks at wal-mart. Once I started using it, I got addicted.
Why I Love It:
I love that I'm doing something that's improving myself. I love the feeling I get when I work out and most of all, when I see results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read stuff on how to stay fit. And seeing results.
BB Accomplishments:
I would have to say when I was weighing about 134 pounds and benching 205 and squatting 315. That was a lot for me; I was 15 years old at that time and my strength was increasing dramatically!
O yeah also doing 20 pullups

Advice will be highly appreciated :)
I use 4 exercises, start squats with 135lbs for 8 reps ( warm up, stretch ), then 225lbs for 10, 315 for 10, 315 for 10, 405 for 10, done. Next is leg press, 6 plates few stretches, then 20,22 and 24 plates 1 set ea for 10 reps done ( calf raise's at end of ea set to burn out ), leg extensions 250lbs for 30 reps, burn factor, next set 25 reps, last set 20 reps, done. Last hamstrings, 3 sets of 150lbs for 15 reps ea.
