I've always been into training and physical activities since a very young age. Started playing varsity basketball, the first time our team went to the gym for strength and speed training, i just fell in love with the idea of being fitter, stronger and faster. The more i went to the gym, the better i got on the court also. In the beginning i didn't really understand what i was doing, but i was trying to learn all the time from other guys in the gyms and just reading exercise books and magazines. During the last 4 years i have been training ON/OFF due to work etc. But nowadays i'm lucky to say because of being a personal trainer, i need to take care of my body and now i can do it the way i have always wanted, with the proper knowledge and experience. I think that i have a lot to improve physically as we all do. Maybe someday i will be totally happy with my physique, but for now it's a working process and i absolutely love every minute of it.
Why I Love It:
I love it, because it gives me a sense of joy and satisfaction, when u see your body transforming in front of your eyes as u go along. Love the complements, but in the end i'm doing it for my health and own self-confidence. I also do mixed martial arts, have played basketball semi-professionally and ran track.
How I Stay Motivated:
When the stacks are against me. I get motivated when somebody says u can't do it. Also just thinking about being a lean bodybuilder/fitness professional, it's like a dream come true for me. So i will pursue it will all that i got. No problems with motivation so far.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, but soon hopefully :) Stay tuned for that!

Hello everybody!
So I'm writing about my Tuesday (7th of July 2009) training, i was yet to find a proper gym that i would find fitting for my training needs. So i had to settle for ANOTHER public gym, this one was a bit better but way too crowded, i actually went there at 12 noon to avoid that...
heyy thanx for the comment ! well i've been doing carb cycling , on the low days no more than 20 to 30 g , sometimes less depending . but i'm about to switch it up again soon . calorie wise i'm taking in about 1000 - 1200 .
Thanks for the response. I'm just unsure where to go to find out about suits, posing, and more importantly about how to work out a nutrition plan to lean down. I'm also not sure what body fat % I should shoot for for a contest. I have a million other questions, but these are the ones I thought of first :)
Thanks, Tara
My goal is to gain about 10-15 lbs of muscle by the end of the summer. I have been lifting with my husband following his workout. I feel a little lost b/c I don't really know anything about lifting and gaining muscle but I am sticking to it and hopefully soon I will start seeing some results.
Thanks a lot man...I appreciate the support. Thats just it though...I'm a complete novice at this so I'll have to go online and research what shows are out there. Still got another year of training before I take the plunge. But I'm pretty excited about it...should be fun.
hey bro, just ran across your profile...tremendous definition and muscle mass. Great work man! Best of luck with your competition plans. I plan on competing for the first time next year myself.
