Overall Goal: My goal is to transform my body into a machine! I want 18inch arms sculpted like boulders. Rock hard pecs so tough you could crush walnuts between them. Forearms with so many veins it would make you sick. Defined abs. Large Calves.

How I Started:
I woke up one mornig and said " If you dont like the way you look, then do something about it." So I did.
Why I Love It:
I feel healthier. I look healthier. I can participate in athletic activities. For some reason, when you look good, people treat you better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Set goals to be in shape by like a trip or birthday. Buy new eqipment or clothes that make me want to use them.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 80Lbs in less than 3 months. Put on 15Lbs of muscle.

Goal (Long):
I want to add three more inches onto my arms and cut them to the point where each muscle is defined. I want my forearms to be an accessory to my arms, attracting viewers with an a show of veins. I think vein are a sign of power and strength. I really am a stickler for that. I really need to pump of my abs because I had them defined but they were not large and in charge. I really want to make that core area extra special like nothing you have ever seen before. This will take the most work of all. My legs are in shape but I alwars thought of them as chicken legs. I want to beef up my calve muscles to complement my thighs. And finally... bench press and butt clintch like no tomorrow. The two most important body parts to some women are chest and butt. No one wants a floppy butt or man breast. Bulking has set me back a little in these too departments. It is where I gain most of my weight. In short, I want to look like a superhero action figure!
