I am reaching low BF percentages, I have never been at before, and I have to let all that are striving for the same goal to stop immediately. I am starting to lose my a$$. Being a black man, I pride myself on two body parts, and my a$$ being one of them, I have to stop cutting for my a$$ sake.
I will workout Monday and Thursday. Cardio will be done almost daily. Workouts will consist of lifting till failure, by the way of weighted sit-ups, weighted pull ups, weighted dips, squats, standing shoulder presses, barbell rows, deadlifts, bench press, and decline bench press. One warm up...
no way. brazil walked for the first time this weekend too. one step friday night, about three on Saturday. And I am a huge Dhani Jones fan. His folks were at a wedding i was at few years ago. Very nice people. And he is a Michigan Man which makes him better than everyone who is not.
One thing I've learned is if you find stuff that meets your needs (calories, carbs, fat, sodium)and is easy to make then keep it in your diet. Just adjust portion sizes to fit your intake for the day. One of my favorite meals is 1/3 cup oatmeal with 1 tbsp peanut butter and a little splenda in a cup plus 2 scoops nitro tech hardcore and water in a water bottle. If im down cardio in the morning and training/cardio at nite ill up it to 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1 1/2tbsp peanut butter.
My calorie intake is around 1600-2200 depending on the day. If Im off from working out and cardio(only sat) I keep it low. But on days I do cardio in morning and weight training at night followed by cardio I will have more. I eat basically the same foods everyday.
