A friend got me started into working out. I kind of worked out before that, but he tought me how to really work out.
Why I Love It:
It's a way of life for me, I release stress and just love working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to be healthy and all the good compliments help me stay motivated, also I love to help people achieve their goals and I feel that by staying fit I motivate others.
BB Accomplishments:
Went from 234 pounds and weigh 181 pounds ripped.

This picture was taken in Feb of 07 at the start of my transformation.
This is at the Mr. Puerto Rico 2007-Middleweight class. I weight in at 172lbs, went on stage around 176lbs. Not a good picture, but I'll be posting a better one soon from that same day.
Day 1: Chest & Biceps (Abs & 30 min cardio)
Day 2: Legs (Abs)
Day 3: Back & Triceps (Abs & 30 min cardio)
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Shoulders & Traps (Abs & 30 min cardio)
Day 6: Day 1 workout
Day 7: Day 2 workout
Notes: My workout is 4 Days on and 1 Day off, so...
I'm sore and tired and hungry all of the time. I have not worked out there. I will when I stay with my boyfriend. he lives right off of Austin Bluffs. I will let you know when i do. The last two weeks of July I will cause I am going to stay with him right before I PCS.
Great Transformation, were the same height, what was your eating plan like to drop the bodyfat? did you Cycle your carbs, any info would be appreciated.
