How I Started:
Working out was something I needed to do as for sports and became something that I enjoyed almost more than the sports themselves.
Why I Love It:
Its the only thing I do for just myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have had a lot of injuries and hate missing time, so when I'm healthy I remind myself of when I couldn't lift.

This week has been a total grind. I am doing high rep sets and its just wearing me down. Or maybe it's the amount of cardio I am doing....longest hours of my life. Anway, I think the biggest issue this week was my lower back getting tight after squatting and that snow balled everything...
