I have started training between 5-6 days a week...since then my body has become more defined and I have gained some mass since the picture in the profile...basically, I want people to see me in my next picture and say, "Wow he really hit it hard."q
This week has been a total grind. I am doing high rep sets and its just wearing me down. Or maybe it's the amount of cardio I am doing....longest hours of my life. Anway, I think the biggest issue this week was my lower back getting tight after squatting and that snow balled everything...
