I use to workout alot when i was younger, and stopped do to a big taste for partying and drinking. But i felt the physical of affects after years of abusing my body. Then my cousin told me i should join the gym he had started going to, so i did and i'm hooked once again.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel like i'm accomplishing something again. I was hooked on drugs for a while and had no respect for myself. Working out and changing my body for the better is one of the best feelings for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results realy motivates me, along with watching Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman video's, and just the simple fact that i have a goal for what i want my body to look like, and i won't stop till it is achieved in full.
BB Accomplishments:
I started off at my natural weight about 170, and i set a goal to break 200 Lbs. and after a few good months of hard workout sessions and lots of food, i did it. That was my biggest accomplishment.

I want to be between 185-200 Lbs with no bulk, just very defined and lean.
Goal (Long):
I'm recently off a bulking cycle, and have started cutting, i stopped bulking when i reached my weight goal of 200 Lbs., since then i have droped back to about 190 do to an altered diet and lifting less weight for more reps. My goal is to be between 185 and 200 Lbs, with no bulk, just very defined and lean.

I want to GAIN 10 lb

hey whats up man i saw that u were taking rv4 and i was curious and wondering if you could answer some of my questions..i jus bought rv3 and rv4 and the guy at the store told me to take 15 rv3 pills for 15 days and then 15 rv4 pills for 15 days..for a total cycle of a month...then he said i should take milk thistle for my liver a multivitamin on a high protien diet..do u have any other suggestions on what i should take?..do you think i should be taking and estrogen blocker too?

Haha. ALEVE WHORE! jk. =P It's going good. Today was my one off day and I couldn't take it so I had to hop on the stairmachine. lol. I hope I am making significant progress, I am updating my pics when I start the atrophex and white flood next week. =] Can't wait! I hope the headache gets gone though.
That **** is awesome. I use the vanilla one. Depending on how I feel I always do 1 scoop of that with 1 c vanilla soy milk and some water...I have banana, mint, almond, vanilla, and other extracts so I put in w/e flav I am feeling. Comes out to around 180 calories before bed and 5g sugar from my soy milk. =] AMAZING!
