Front a, Side and back Progress
Currently 153lbs. and 21.6% body fat, goal drop body fat to 12% and lean out. Started health nutrition and personal trainer.
Picture taken during photoshoot. Goal is to work on abs and lower body. Drop more bodyfat atleast hit 15% bodyfat by December. I am not weighing myself or measuring bodyfat. This helps me work harder and I am basing my results in photos. I am now trying No Explode and is the greatest product. ...
