That is so awesome that you wrestle. I am a sophomore and have been on my school's varsity team for the last three years.(I made varsity in eighth grade.) I wrestle normally at 189 pounds but am making the cut to 170 even though my goal is 165. Where do you want to wrestle in college?
Hey, I was browsing and saw you're into wrestling. We had a girl on our team my first couple years and I thought it was cool she was into it. How did you do last year?
To target those thighs without increasing their size, you have to burn them out each workout. Low weight with strict technique and always squeeze and contract the quad during each exersize like leg extemsions or squats. Do high reps 15-20 slow and controlled and throw in strip down sets where you do a set say of 15 then reduce the weight so you can only do about 3-6 more, reduce again and do 3-6 more. This will give your legs the cut look while keeping your size under control. Best of luck!
I design each athletes program based on their individual needs. So say some athletes need to drop a few weight classes over a season healthy, then I help them with it or some athletes have to stay in the same weight category but have to increase his/her strength, i design a program that will do that for them. I also do core workouts with them twice a week to keep them fit. What are your goals?
you should work on your feet asgression and strenth usualy if im not agressive i'm feleing the person out or as we call it stalking them seeing what the do how they move etc and when youve goteen the feel you attack our strenth is at a disadvantage being a girl(no offence) you automaticly at a lose because normaly guys are stronger than girls if you lift and go threw some clinics you should improve as well work with higher weights such as i do so it pushes you farther and harder
well on your vidio you started out good but the kid was overly agressive and rather relentless he chaned his moves gaining the early advantage when you went on top on the 2nd prd you should have thrusted your hips into him driving him foward and being ruff and aressive right back he quicky went for a simple stand up when he turned back he cought you offguard and your hips and legs wenrt moving so he easly put you on your back
