yea it definitely did help hockey but i think i did lose some flexibility. i was never flexible anyway though

i played foward for 5 years and defense for 6 so i can play either position. liftin has helped me alot. initially i lost some speed but i gained it back fairly quickly. It helps me in the physical aspects of the game. the added weight also gives me a heavier shot

i couldnt agree more. although, im not sure if i could ever miss hearing the phrase "everbody on the line!"

haha yea i started when i was a mite. gotta love those 5:30AM games! but after mites i played squirt AAA - Midget 16u AAA with the NJ Avalanche. This year our organization took away the 18u AAA program so im playin 18uAA

haha very true, but id rather be 6'7 and lift less weight than be 5'7

hey pecks! you asked about a bicep and chest routine. For chest, i used to care about how it looked and didnt get the results i wanted. i switched to powerlifting techniques and my chest has exploded. If arnold and franco swore by powerlifting to build thick, dense muscle fibers, then its good enough for me. as for biceps i find that a higher rep range ( 8-12) has helped me alot

my diet = eat as much as i can, as often as i can. i also make a peanut butter/chocolate protein shake and sip on it between meals
