I was overwieght as a kid so I've been watching my weight forever. Even though I've been at a healthy weight for years, I don't look how I want to.
Last summer I trained for and completed the brest cancer 3-day. I realized that if I can walk 60 miles in 3 days I can do anything!
Recently, my husband turned 30 and it got me thinking about what I want do in the next year and a half before my big 30 hits. I decided that I want to be in amazing shape and now it's time to put in the work.
Why I Love It:
It's 1 hour a day that I don't think about anything else and get out all my stress and frustrations. Even if I don't want to workout I always feel better after I'm done.
I love to feel and see myself getting stronger. Everyday that I puch myself and stay diciplined is a day that my mind gets stronger along with my body. Wherever the mind is, the body will follow.
How I Stay Motivated:

Let me know if I can help at all....try to get any carbs in the form of oats or whole grains in early in the morning, and then make rest rest of your carbs veggies if you can. Also try to get protein in with every meal. I eat 6 meals a day and have protein with each one. PM me if you have any other questions! I am still learning as I go...but I read ALLOT!
I read your latest blog...if you are looking to cut bf, a good split is 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fat. But this is only for short term, not forever....and you can up the carbs on hard training days. Hope that helps! And that is must my opinion.... :)
