I started with my take on the Rippetoe on June 30. After two weeks of base program fun, I'll slowly add accessory exercises.
Workout A:
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench
1x5 Deadlift
-2x 8-12 Dips
Workout B:
3x5 Front squat
3x5 Standing overhead press
5x3 Power cleans
-3x 8-12 Pullups/Chinups
That's the plan, so far. |
