How I Started:
My sister and brothers all work out and after feeling the results myself,and hearing how great I was looking I decided that now it's time to take care of me. I love working out and tend to spend more free time lately looking for new moves.
Why I Love It:
I get a rush and turn into my own personal drill sargent. Feel the burn baby.
How I Stay Motivated:
Change up my music on my IPOD. Read fitness magazines,books, and websites. The main thing that keeps me going is knowing that the results just keep getting better and better.
BB Accomplishments:
My deltoids are beautiful as well as the compliments I get on my biceps & triceps. Growing up in a family of 8 with 6 brothers mean that I have to keep up with them especially now that we all work out.

advice for competing is get a nutritionist!! You need someone who knows what they are doing with the macros and who can be there to switch things up weekly! Also get you suit and a posing coach and practice!! You need to have great stage presence and be condfident and comfortable. NO cheats from here on out..it's cruch time!! Don't miss any workout and be 110% with your diet.
