First day of posing lessons. It's so much harder than it looks. Now I know why ladies talk about practicing so much.

Okay...I have to point this toe, flare those lats, belly button in, left shoulder out, right hand relaxed, shallow breathing all while smiling like it's the most natural thing to do. Yikes!

I was pleasantly surprised to see that my back side doesn't look as bad as I thought it was. I still need to put in a lot of work in their area though. In time I will get my ham/glute tie in going on as well as an obvious quad sweep. Hard work, consistency and patience will get me there.
