When I Started:
How I Started: Football was my passion. I am privilaged to have had the opportunity to play D-1 football for a great organization. However, life after sports has taken its tole on my weight and body. I am looking to be in better shape then I have ever been before.
Why I Love It: I love the way I feel about myself and the hard work I have done to actually accomplish my goal.
How I Stay Motivated: I am currently searching on ways to stay motivated. It used to be automatic with sports, but now that its gone... the fire has seem to die out also.

dats gud bro...jus hit da gym hard and dont tink bout it.Well last week i went away for da week so i ate wateva and neva traind and that made me feel like shit.but this week iv been hitting da gym and cardio hard so things are coming together again.
