How I Started:
In college I had a guy I went to the gym with we hit it hard for about a year, year and a half and then when I graduated I lost the partner and motivation. Now I am extremely encouraged to get strong and fit and am very motivated.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get after and during. The pump it of course the GOD SEND but I love the fact that even when I can barely get the energy to go as soon as I get done with some cardio I'm ready to blitz the iron!
How I Stay Motivated:
For health and job reasons of course but I find that I really want to sculpt a body that I can be proud of.

I want to see a 6 pack, I want 17" arms. I want a deeper cut around pecs and some definition in my legs. Big delts too.

Why I like this video: The fitness level it takes to do this is unbelievable. If I couldn't be HUGE then this would be my next choice...friggin killer.
