I saw a national level bodybuilder train at my college gym and thought ... "I want to look like that" ... havent looked back since.
Why I Love It:
When im in the gym ... its just me and the weights ... no stress ... no phone calls ... Escape!

Goal (Long):
after jounir nationals i realized that for me to be competitive at that level i needed to gain about 10lbs of lean mass. im in offseason mode now and wont start another contest prep until im confident that i can suck down to a dry and ripped to the bone 225lbs. I think that if i can get my weight solidified at 250 and keep my bf% to less than 10 i will make it.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I visualize my workout. I set goals for reps and weight on specific exercises. Then I slam a M5 drink by cellucor and take off for the gym. I'm feeling the hunger these last couple of days. I've caught myself in total "neandrathal" mode recently. You know ... when your so hungry you lick every plate, spatula, pan, fork, spoon, knife and finger so completly clean there is no need to wash it. I go into a frenzy and end...
Man you are a massive beast! You look awesome! What are you working towards these days with weight an competition? I'm doing my first true bulk. So far so good, I'm definitely seeing strength and size gains. :)
