Hey how's it going with your goal to squat 405 lbs by March? You should check out my profile again, I have a new pic up of me measuring my right thigh at 31", they've actually gotten 2" bigger than before since now I'm squatting 225 lbs for sets of 20 reps the volume has totally ballooned them up!
will do, im not going low carb, just replacing my carbs from grains with fruit. I got lots of high carb fruit from the store: dates, bananas, frozen pineapple, mango, berries. Ive been slowly adding them in place of my Preworkout/Postworkout meals instead of the usual rice. Its workin pretty good thus far from that.
well problem is i have to eat/drink what i have then start it. I felt bad just letting my stuff go bad. I have a feeling it will be hard but maybe worth it. If i dont feel different in 2-3 weeks ill add it back in. I love my oats!!
Thanks for helping me find an alternative to chocolate. The first thing I did when I checked bodyspace was eat a couple of chocolate covered almonds. It's tough. Mabe I should switch protein flavors. I drink strawberry right now.
Great dude. Where do you get the Gaspari ones? At Popeye's too? And oh, I forgot to mention Im freakin' lactose intolerant (Asian boy syndrome) so I'd have to really check out lactose free whey. Sucks.
Brett, thank you for such a heartfelt comment and the friendship invitation. I appreciate your encouragement and good wishes - it helps to hear this kind of feedback when the going gets tough as it does occassionally. I am happy you wanted to be friends. Hope you'll drop in to say hi now and then.
