How I Started:
I used to run track in high school and a little in college. I had the metabolism so I thought why not lift.
Why I Love It:
I like leaving the gym and know that I did a little more than the previous week. Whether it be reps or overall weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing results, and knowing that my health is something that i can really control. It just takes discipline in and out of the gym.

I try not to let my fitness like define how I am as a husband or father. But, me and my wife agree on healthy foods other than some sweets and cofee.

I have been excited about all of the information I have learned through reading nutritional books and Bodybuilding.com.  I always new that I needed to take in a 1 gram to 1 gram of protein per body lb.  But I didn't know that I was wasting alot of said protein and hindering my muscle...

Monday
3 sets of inclined pushups, regular pushups, dips, wide grip pulups, chin ups, and upright rows w/ bulgarian bag. 1 minute or less per set.

Tuesday
5 sets of lunges and squats, 3 sets of military press, and 3 sets of crunches/leg raises.

Repeat for Thurs and Friday

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

We've all done it. Miss a week or two of workouts cuz of family or work obligations, then we're so anxious to get back to the gym that we try to start back with the same weights that we left off. Usually, somebody get hurt. Good luck. take it slow. We all get through this. Jim

thats a killer midsection. traps look good. hard to tell but lats look good too. i'd love for my pecs to look like that, but i know you want bigger. how you doing with your wheels? i saw where you wrote under a progress pic that you were trying to survive your wife's pregnancy.
