How I Started:
Started working out pretty religiously when I moved to Florida in the summer of 2004. I was a good athlete, but lacked size because I sprouted pretty late, and I saw how I needed to workout for football and I haven't looked back since.
Why I Love It:
one of the only things that will always make me feel good. while training and after.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch Jay Cutler streaming videos on Youtube, and myself... i really just love to workout. the pumps and the rewarding after-affects.
BB Accomplishments:
I doubled my body weight from when i was 14 to when i was 19. I weighed 105 in the 8th grade in 2003, and in 2008 at 19 i weighed 210.

Goal (Long):
would like to squat at least 500 pretty soon, then i will have a new goal after i get that. got a long way to go though, i would also like to increase the definition in my shoulders.

ha ha, You deserved every compliment, dude! I'm glad I have a friend like you in the States. You are really great. Can you tell me what kind of cardio do you do? You manage to keep mass while getting lean away from fat. I bet you don't even work abs lol It's from deadlifts, squats... Right?
