haha. I figured someone would ask. That is my xbox360 playing music in the background. Been working a lot on the legs lately so feels good that someone noticed. Thanks
Thanks buddy...I could list a million ab exercises but the ones that work the best for my lower abs would have to be Captain Chair leg lifts, reverse crunches, leg pushdowns, lying down weighted leg lift, torso rotations and obique dips...that should get ya started! Do them everyday mixed in with other ab exercises...
Thanks, for me it's all about diet. If I eat right I look great. Eat like **** for a week and poof, abs are gone and I'm up 5 to 10 lbs. I'm not sure what your routine is but if your cardio and diet are in check, it's only a matter of time until your abs are visible.
thanks man. nothin too special actually, just:
4x12-dumbell shrugs
4x8-barbell shrugs
thats it, i know heavy deadlifts help too.
but at the end of training traps i do these things called "isotension holds" or somethin like that. Hold a heavy dumbell to one side of your body and let it hang, then stretch your head the opposite waym hold for 30 seconds. Do it for both sides. nothing too special
