lifting has been alright. upped my legs 1.25 inches since last month so that was nice but my damn arms have been the same size for 3 months. Been getting strength up a lot though. How bout yourself?
thanx dude! ya i noticed a huge difference doing HIIT for cardio man. for abs i do the captains chair (legs raises) for lowers, cable crunches with the rope kneeling, side planks and side crunches for obliques. ive found doin all of that weighted helps out a ton man. and then the strict diet. hows everything going for u man?
just bumped up the reps and sets to be honest. I always had size in that area, so all I had to do was tone it up. Kept that going for a good 4 months and that was pretty much it.
Mostly its because of my diet, its so clean u wouldn;t believe, i think the most fatening thing is my steak for my first dinner. I eat so many calories its just retarted, but i stay lean. A 15 min jog befor my workout + less rest between my sets, makes my workout do more for me, and keep lean enough to look awesome.
soz man i cant remember if i replied to your message, but anyway, i found that to get cut for my competitions, the best way for me was to have oats for breakfast, sweet potato for lunch and that was my only carbs for the day, the other meals were all fatless chicken breast and broccoli/lettuce. I also trained moderate weights 4 sets 15 reps for every exercise 5 days a week and 45 mins exercise bike 7 days a week, got me down to 5% bf. Train hard man. Keep at it!
mate i just do 30 mins light cardio a day, usually just light exercise bike, and do moderate weights, nothing too heavy with about 4 sets, 15 reps per exerceise, 5 days a week. Only have carbs in the morning and at lunch, just protein and green veggies after lunch
