How I Started: Was skinny, non-jock, bleached haired, punk rocker under 140lbs, but always thought I'd like working out. Secretly read BB zines, my friends would've laughed!! Arms were 11.5", Chest 36"
Why I Love It: Just enjoy it! People are amazed that I weighed less than 140 LBS back in the day. Compliments are nice! I like hitting new personal bests lifting
How I Stay Motivated: When I start missing days, I begin to feel fat,lazy & greasy!
BB Accomplishments: Going from 137 > 180 LBS from '96>'01 have cut BF% and weight alittle since that peak. Just finally hit 181 Lbs again @ 3/08 with much lower BF% than 2001.

Was very happy to read you did 15 pounds in your first year since our starting stats were almost the same. I'm just about to hit my one year mark and am at 15 pounds. :)
