Your welcome, Just start by making substitues for things like those meat patties or sausages that are not real meat they are made from soy products. Also start by having fresh fruit for breakfast and so on. people who just jump the fence usually fail in making the change.

Just dont let it be to late before you make start making changes, I tried with a mate of mine i told him in a email " you sound toxicyou will be another statistic! that was the last email i sent to him he never replied. I got a call a week later to say he died of a heart attack. he was 53yo

Hi chitown53 thanks for the comment. I am on a rather strick 95% raw vegan diet, a bit of cooked rice in sushi rolls is the only cooked food i eat vegan is no animal base foods. meat and dairy are the biggest causes of diseases from our diet and cooked food

I eat raw vegies, fruit and sprouts raw buckwheet sprouts are my fav. and contain all the amino acids we need in its natural state I also eat small amounts of nuts and grains veggie juices are great packed with living enzymes that are made up of amino acids as well and amino acids, and much nore

i have reversed chronic diseases in people with this type of diet. The bottom line is it is a false belief system we need meat and dairy in our diets it is pushed by the meat and dairy industry and it is criminal as it is killing millions of people. Hope i wasnt to in ya face have a good day

haha yeah it was you mate :) keep pumping the iron. I am working on these funny T-shirts with maccas pic on it of ronald mcdonald killing his friends and i will write a funny slogan on it and maybe sell em on ebay they will be vegan shirts :)

meat and dairy (cows milk products) are the biggest disease causing foods, raw goats milk ok jesus said you can drink raw goats milk it takes 20 min to digest raw goats milk as where it takes 3-4 hours for cows milk I guess jesus knows what he is talking about :)

hi annie well i was at starbucks and saw you walk pass a couple of times i thought that looks like annie. Yeah i have been raw vegan for 1 1/2 years its not hard once you go off meat you feel much better and think how did i ever eat it in the first place.

hi thanks for passing by and leaving a comment. I work one body part a week intense and heavy changing my routine around so i can shock my muscles all the time as my main protein source is algae 67g per 100g as i am a vegetarian raw food eater i need to stay focused. cheerz
