just had a want to bodybuild and get fit and be a personal trainer body shaper/sculptor i was going to the gym about 1-2 days aweek in 2006 would have liked to train more but work was busy
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel good, just want to get into it
How I Stay Motivated:
i`m motivated 24/7 the feeling of inner health is second to none I wanted to start long ago but my rapid results keep me wanting to pick a weight or two all the time now im addicted!!
BB Accomplishments:
starting to get shape all over. i have knee troubles so my legs and starting off slow since i went 95% raw vegan diet 12 months ago knee pain is gone!

I`m 86kg now was 90 1 month ago but now i walk to and home from work its 6km 5 days a week so thats why i`m losing weight mostly body fat i have only been going 1-2 days a week to the gym for the last 3-4 months. I`m ready for hard core weight training now and will be hitting the gym 4 days a week min.

thanks for the tip but remember we all work little different but experiences can be the same. I already had it ordered so I will give it a shot and see where I stand. I also may try something else or go back to nano vapor or do it old fashioned.
