Sorry to hear about your mate! Well, I've made it to 55 and am pretty healthy--no meds as of now nor dietary restrictions. Am trying to incorporate some yoga into my routine, so lots of changes ahead. Have a good weekend!

Hi---to you. Your post was really good and I'm gradually moving away from red meat altogether. I'll probably always keep some poultry and fish, but will emphasize the eggs/dairy portion. So, I just wondered what kind of diet you followed... take care!
