Hey ken, no worries good to hear from you, Congrats on losing ten pounds thats a big step in the right direction and good luck on this new diet and excercise plan, it sounds exciting. Ive been doing pretty good consistently going to the gym 4x a week now for about 8 weeks, im gonna try to bulk up till about the beginning of march and then start dieting down for the summer

Hey Sarah,
Great Job Making it through Christmas, you can really see your making progress from your last profile pictures, Remember muscle ways more than fat so sometimes the weight on the scale will be misleading!!! Good Luck with the rest of the program and stay strong!!

I did ok last week made it 4 days, but i got sick to..congestion and all, so that was annoying but im feeling a bit better now, get back in the gym and work hard to make up your missed sessions, thats all you can do!

Good Job getting those pics up, now set some goals and work hard bro, the only thing thats stopping you from acheiving the results u want is lack of focus and effort, get through those and your home free man!!

they look weak b/c the are ...thanks for the suggestion i only just started a few months ago and im relaizing that 1. my biceps grow like crazy with very little training and 2. my chest and triceps need a lot of attention for any growth at all...its a pain in the ass but i will get there!
