I played football in High school which kept me in realitively good shape, then i went to college and went from 185 to 215 over 2 years, i finally got fed up with looking at myself in the mirror and not being satisfied, so i got my ass in the gym to get back in shape...little did i know that gatting back in shape would become an obsession/addiction to bodybuilding
Why I Love It:
I love going in the gym and disconnecting for a short time, and i love the battle of getting through a tough workout and i love the pump!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look back at before i started lifting and realize how bad i looked and how badly i never want to be like that again
I remind myself that there is always room to improve my body
i am never satisfied with just being "in shape"
I want perfection no matter how long it takes!
Be a bigger more cut version of myself for summer 09 and continue to increase my strength while bringing up my weaknesses steadily! to continue to improve in 2009!

Its real hard not to get annoyed when body parts dont respnd... i could train my arms once a month and its seems like they'd grow, but my chest on the other hand just dosent want to grow, im able to lift more weight almost every week so i know that im making progress, but come on already!!!...
Hey Zack, sorry I've been so slack about keeping up with you man. How are things going lately? As I told you yesterday, the new progress pics are finally up. They are not much but I hope to really make some changes over the next few months. One thing is I have lost about 10 lbs since we first started talking but I've only been in the gym the last 3 weeks. So what's been happening on your end?

Well, this week wasn't good. My diet was messed up and didn't make it to the gym either. I was totally exhausted and by the end of the week I've got the crud. Sinus headache, congestion, etc. I hope this week is much better. Thanks for the check up, how about you. I'm sure you did much better than me.
