How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12-15 reps and 3-4 sets.. that is in general.. I actually do a lot higher reps for legs and lot lower reps for shoulders...

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
between 30-90sec. just depends on the day, if I'm trying to keep my heart rate up or be fully rested for my next set

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Any exercise in which the weight is to heavy for you and you are underneath it without a spot!! (bench press, squat, leg press, etc)
