Background
I was learning how to do stunts and more acrobatics. Someone showed me how to do weight exercises for my shoulders to help protect me... for a long time I'd just go to the gym, do cardio, and then a bunch of lateral raises and go home.. lol.
I love being able to see changes.. to challenge myself, to get rid of stress... hmmm.. so many positive things, I can't even list them all.

I, of course, blamed the weight gain- FIRST on my thyroid and on my strict contest prep. So I decided last month, to pull my head out of my ass and lose the weight.
THEN something "interesting" happened. I started tracking EVERYTHING. Food, workouts, etc. and I was doing well; being consistent and eating clean and no more than 1600 cals a day. The

ha ha.. so what is soooo scary?
well... I'm embarrased to say this, but I have been eating crap and hardly been working out AT ALL for months. I'm almost 20 lbs heavier than my "normal" weight and I'm just ashamed of it.
Its embarrassing because THIS is what I do! I'm a freaking professional right??
I'm not supposed to eat crap and not work out, especially when I have other people looking up to me for advice...
