I was learning how to do stunts and more acrobatics. Someone showed me how to do weight exercises for my shoulders to help protect me... for a long time I'd just go to the gym, do cardio, and then a bunch of lateral raises and go home.. lol.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to see changes.. to challenge myself, to get rid of stress... hmmm.. so many positive things, I can't even list them all.
How I Stay Motivated:
Oh believe me, I have my moments... but I have a lot of support at my gym, and a lot of people that "watch" me.. so I know I have to stay a good example.
BB Accomplishments:
I won first place in my class at my 3rd Figure show!

Goal (Long):
I have many "silly " goals for my life.. one is to see 30 countries before I'm 30. One was to finish my Masters Degree (did it!!) My fitness goals include making a positive impact on peoples lives, becoming a public speaker and "go to" expert on fitness and health promotion... Earning my IFBB Pro Card, competing in the Olympia and Arnold and Shooting for an Oxygen Cover... (yea, I know, we all want that don't we;)
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
none. I think most celebrities are too skinny and have no tone... although, some of them shape up pretty well for movie roles they are in.

Why or why not?
I don't think most of my friends/family really understand. I try not to be the crazy "fanatic" so I'm more of a closet fanatic:) Its easier not to let someone bring you down that way too.
Hmmm... yes we are never standing still are we? Always moving in a direction... towards our goals (if we have them) or away from them and away from our dreams....
We are losing weight or gaining.... we can never really "just be" because everything around us...
Hi Danny...little over two weeks to go, then Showtime! How are you feeling? Be patient and stay focused...you're a motivational work of art and top contender.
I think that the size 38 going to take a bit of time diet is gooing well but the fat is coming off but a good thing is happening the muscle is going on!!
30 countries before your 30 that is a tough one i am in the military and it is hard for us to get to that many countries best of luck to you, you certainly take your gym time serious it shows
Just drop by to let you that I am up to 20 minutes on the Hiit workout 1 min on and 1 min off. My two kids said that it was a very easy workout that anyone can do that!!! Off to the gym we went for the easy workout after 5 minutes on son quit the other did the whole 20 minutes and said "wow dad you are in pretty good shape for a old man." He has add it to is offseason hockey workout. So the lesson to learn is don't knock till you try it
