Why I like this video: the second half of a straddle press handstand...for those that are still not strong enough from start to finish practice your second half while you continue to get stronger on your first!

Description: this is called a tick-tock alot of times people who are practicing bridge kick-overs end up getting burned out of strength from either pushing up to a bridge or going down hard backwards to a bridge. i find it easier to do kick overs by doing a front limber first then kick over...saves lots of energy!
