When I Started:
How I Started:
Started working out when I was around 16 and continued strong throughout college. After college though it has been a real struggle to stay consistent.
Why I Love It:
Love bodybuilding because of the sense of accomplishment you feel both leaving the gym and the way your body changes.
I have to stay active or things like my lower back give me problems.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation comes as a feel better and stronger each time I return. Strong motivation from seeing people change on Bodybuilding.com
BB Accomplishments:
None at this time. The closest I came was my last year in college..I nearly competed.
To stay consistent this year both in the gym and diet.
Goal (Long):
I seem to workout steady for about three months then get hit with a cold or flu that takes me out for several weeks.
The last time I was in was for three months felt the most healthy and kept climbing in the weight department. I became over zealous and tore or strained my bicep muscle. I have waited about three months and will start slower this time.
