How I Started:
I was always a fat kid, and I started working out as soon as i lived in a town that had a decent gym. My goal when I started was almost entirely to lose fat.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it has allowed me to completely transform my body. I have been able to go from 262 pounds of fat to 182 pounds of very lean muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Routine along with workout management is what keeps me motivated. With that, I mean, I have a routine of going to the gym every single day to do weights, cardio, or both. With the routine workouts, I pay close attention to keeping my gym time fresh and effective.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishments are a loss of over 80 pounds of body fat with weights and cardio and then the complete reshaping of my body with weights.
