Nope, not too far from B'Ham. You guys hit the beach a lot in South AL or FL? We are going this weekend to FL, and I'm hoping to look even 1/2 as good as you guys do in your beach pic. Have a good workout.

Eating right is the hardest part for me too. How was your weekend? I'm going to Destin with some girlfriends from back home at the end of August! This is our second annual trip. Last year during that trip is when I decided to start getting in shape... course it took me until Jan to get started. lol Hope you have a good day!
