i would just cut out all sugars, white breads & do am cardio on an empty stomach for about 30 min. 3x a week. make sure you dont have hypoglycemia if you chose to do that! pics look good!

The weekend is almost over here in the stan. Looking forward to leaving soon and getting back to the states. I miss the comforts of home and all the things that are taken for granit. Like a real gym and food. ; )

i am a big fan of low carb when cutting bodyfat is the goal. it works for everyone! no sugar or white breads. pretty much protein, lots of veggies & lots of water.
