I was quiting smoking and wanted a healthier lifestyle. I read that exercise can help with the cravings so, I traded a unhelathy addiction for a healthier addiction.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me mentally focused and driven for the stresses in life. I love feeling like I can conquer the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love it when I get stares from people because of my physique. I like the look of my body and I don't want to lose it. The adernaline rush is addictive.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
At least a minute with heavy weights and bit shorter with light weights. You can lift better when you have a good break in between.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depends on my goals. For gaining mass I do heavy weight with low reps 5-8. For gaining endurance I lift light weight with more reps 10-12.
