wow...i havent been on bodyspace for a while lol...u still lifting now that its summer time, i havent deadlifted for a good 2 months now, but im going to start again tomorow. but, ill try what u said

i need help with my deadlifts. i keep missing 405. i try it every other week and keep missing. i can do 375 for 3...doesnt make much sense

ok...so i found out the scale i have been weighing myself on is wrong....i weighed out of wrestling practice yesterday at 160.5.....but this was after lifting and not eating a solid meal since 12 in the afternoon....so i think u got as bunch of weight on me still....i had 250 lbs fall on my chest the other day...good times...so did u check that website out?

im at the big 930 lbs.....gotta love it....im almost there man....maybe i can reach 1000 by the time we lift!

well dude....ur total lifted is 667 lbs for the big three...mine is 774, that is a 107 lb difference....that aint to bad for only a summer of hardcore lifting

My squat keeps going up nicely, although i did almost pull a you and fall forward on my last rep, but i got control of the situation luckily.My bicep curl ceems to have stalled but my preacher curl is on the rise.I saw kelsey from our grade in the gym today.We stopped and talked for a while.I started my cycle onto creatine again, but day one and i am already feeling the side effects of it that i had the last time i took it.So, ill write you another message on thursday to tell you about back day.
