How I Started:
Throughout high shcool i was involved in Cross-Country/Track and Field but never really lifted any weights.Coach didnt really let us do weights he was more focused on getting us to run our daily mileage.(which was about 6-8 miles a day.. wheww!!!!) When i started my freshman year in college I decided to give it a try and liked it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I like the adrenaline rush that you get when you pick up a set of weights. Helps to keep me relaxed and stress free. Also, I like helping other fitness enthusiast by passing on the knowledge I have learned.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing that working out will help keep my body in peak shape. Watching my body transform helps me know my hard work in the gym is paying off. Also, compliments I get from everyone I know makes me want to workout even harder.

Just finished the spring semester at the local college and trying to get back in shape. I want to gain lean muscle mass but without being too bulky.Hoping to get those washboard abs as well. Ha!!!Ha!!! well see how that goes..

I recently began taking Super Pump 250 by Gaspari and works amazing. I usually take this 30-45 minutes before my workout.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I like running on the treadmill because it keeps my body at a steady pace. Sometimes it can get too hot in Texas to run outside, thats another reason why I stick to the treadmill.
hey dude things are going pretty well. I'm getting ready to lean out a little these next 4-6 weeks, stepping my cardio and tweaking my diet and lifting routine. how's your training going?
Sure it is a natural bodybuilding programme (check it again it has just been updated) We are looking for good base bodybuilders to use the site and also take part in helping others in schools (on-line) come back to me if you are preared to help?
I just recently started twice a week on my ab routine. In the past it has only been once a week, but I incorporate squats and other lifts into my workout that incorporate the core. Hitting all lifts every set to failure is where I have seen the best results.
haha, well i'm glad it's just not my school then, because i feel the same way!! it will be worth it though, just gotta focus on the end prize. just like workin out! :)
