Why I Love It:
I love the adreneline and the results. Being bigger and stronger than a lot of guys in the gym is definately a boost to the ego...and quite amusing at times! Who wouldn't love a strong healthy body!! It just makes me ME!
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband being a powerlifter and bodybuilder pushes me to the max. Without him I definately wouldn't have picked up the heavier weights. Seeing dramatic changes in my body from all the hard work I put in it..defiantely motivating!
BB Accomplishments:
None yet...but definately have future intentions.

Goal (Long):
I want to get lean. I have been working out since I was about 13 but took up powerlifting about 4 years ago and have been doing it ever since. I want to someday compete. Thinking about next year maybe!! Right now I am happy lifting heavy and trying to lose some of this darn fat that keeps following me around.
Ok I have been making great progress with leaning out. I feel like I am finally looking great and feeling it too!! My problem...loose skin...grrrrrr. I have found that parts of me are sagging where they haven't sagged before (boobs, butt, belly) Hopefully this all firms up in the next...
That could be a problem with the right vs left thing. Geting a gym going right now with the economy and all must be a pain! Are you haveing to work on the side also? How mutch does the whole BS cut into your training? The cold has not been to bad down here..but the snow is a pain!
YA..you are even farther north than I am! Coold as hell here tlso..and I am stuck driveing to montreall(Pardon the rotten spelling) tonight in this damn snow! How the lifting and GYM busness going? How went that arm wresteling compotition you were talking about a few monthes back?
Buying a size smaller is a great motivator and it's a step in the right direction for telling your brain that you're gonna be wearing those outfits soon!

Nice idea! It's so hard to lose weight and get into my skinny jeans AND at the same time build muscle!!! But I will do it because I know that one day my bodyfat will complement my muscles!! LOL!
My motavation talk....get back in the gym. Don't waste all your hardwork. I tell myself - "Get up fat a$$-You got at least 30 mins of work to do!!" If that dont work, I stand in front of the mirror *NAKED* and that always works!!LOL!!! Come on push those weights!! Results WILL come! Keep in touch!
