Growing up in an active family, I've always loved to exercise. My mom was a runner and has always had a strong physique. When I started cheerleading in junior high, that's when I became a gym addict! I never lifted weights until recently because of the typical fear of looking "bulky". Now I love the strong woman physique and you can't pull me out of the weight room any day!
Why I Love It:
Being at the gym is my passion. I always find time in the day to be there no matter my schedule. It's definitely my happy place. I love the feeling of getting a sexy bod. Especially now that I'm really getting into lifting and bodybuilding!
How I Stay Motivated:
MAGAZINES MAGAZINES MAGAZINES!!! I love OXYGEN, MUSCLE AND FITNESS HERS, and a bunch of other fitness magazines. I also like to go online and read about training and nutrition. BODYBUILDING.COM is my new source for EVERYTHING!

compete in figure for the first time through the 2010 season and ULTIMATELY attain my pro card before I'm 25!
Goal (Long):
Since I was 16, I've been dedicated to going to the gym, although my eating hasn't always been "clean". I recently became motivated enough, and decided to shed my body fat to reveal the lean sexy sculpted muscles I've been working so hard for. I am striving for starting to compete in spring 2010 and lastly heading to FITNESS AMERICA WEEKEND in 2011 for figure/bikini!!!!

Well thats great. SO do you know what comps your doing in spring? I'm working on cutting, so far I havent lost too much muscle(thank goodness) gotta stick to my diet! its getting tough
