I have always been a runner and physically fit. The last couple of months I have been serious about bodybuilding and trying to transform my body to make it more lean and cut.
Why I Love It:
It is the best feeling in the world after a great run or workout! and I also like the "burn!!!!"
How I Stay Motivated:
I enjoy working out but having a personal trainer for the past 2 months has been great for motivation. I am on my own now so I stay motivated by thinking about how I will look in 3 months.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from lifting 60 pounds for my hamstrings to 110 pounds! that huge for a stringbean like me ;)
