Mar, 2005
How I Started:
I started when i played football, I loved lifting weights, the way my body would feel after a workout. I went from 320 to 240, but recently i've been gaining weight and I am back at 290. So now I am deciding to stop bs'ing and make changes in my life for the best.
Why I Love It:
I feel good when I have done my best at a workout, when im dripping in sweat and my my muscles start to hurt I love the feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
By reading and looking at other people and hearing their stories or inputs. If you have any tips or stories you wanna share with me I would greatly appreciate it I look up to people that have what it takes to live a healthy lifestyle it takes determination, and I would like to be one of those people.
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing 80 pounds, but sadly i gained some of it back.

I want to be able to take my shirt of with confidence, I want to able to run for hours without being exhausted, I want to be healthy and not worry about illnesses like diabetes, and most of all I want to be confident with body.
the training is incredible, the nutrition is wanting. I'm eating healthy; but, there's room for improvement. I'm working on that. VEINS, huh? sound like you're pushing towards your goal. Check this out- http://blog.bodybuilding.com/m ntlydfcnt/2009/03/05/forged-st eal.
Hey Aaron, Thanks for checking in. My workouts have been going good, diet so, so. Had a couple slip ups kicked myself in the butt and I am moving forward. Fat % is dropping but the scale is stuck. How are thing with you? Good I hope
I took off from working out the week of 2.2.08 because of stomach virus and a surgical procedure. I'm back on the ball for resistance; I need until 2.23.08 to resume cardio. Thanks for asking bro. How about you?
I'm taking off for this week. My family got hit with the stomach flu and I want to get as much rest as possible. Next week, I"m revamping my workout plan at least for Feb thru march.
Instead of cutting the carbs, change them. wheat bread instead of white; wheat pasta instead of the enriched stuff, sweet potatoes instead of white, etc. Really consider this rule: simple sugars for energy you need now; complex sugars for energy you need to recover.
The training and nutrition tips are nothing without the personal conviction having been first established that you can accomplish what you set out to do. That's my biggest advice, make sure you have the resolve; you'll need this when the hate comes your way because of your wanting to improve your health. I'm here for you bro. GO HARD...
In other words, can you make the quick resolve to have a salad at McDonald's when you get really hungry and it's the closest or cheapest restaurant around, without a second guess towards the big mac? Can you still make it to the gym or park for workout/mile run at another time in the same day when a situation in that day causes you to change your workout plans.
