How I Started:
I have always maintained a healthy lifestyle, but I have not always stuck to a weight lifting program. Cardio is always easy to fit in.
Why I Love It:
I feel great after a good workout. I love to see my body change for the better. I also love the challenge of making it to the next level.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read a lot. Either online or in magazines. When I see the profiles of people who are like me, and who have made the gains that I am looking for, I know I can do it too.

Goal (Long):
I am giving myself 1 year to accomplish my goals. I want to add muscle, and lose body fat. I need to really work on cleaning up my diet. I have a hard time trying to eat enough to get the calories that I need to make the gains that I want. I have hit the supplements, and I have a new dedication to the gym. Lets see how it goes...

I would really like to be built like an NBA player. Tall, lean and muscular is ideal for me.
