I had a membership at they simponville sport club, and i just fell in love with it, i like lifting, taking classes= Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, Body Flow, Body Pump,is just healthy and i lot of fun, plus you get to have a great body.

How I Stay Motivated:
I just think that i cant stop, that im not a quiter, and i just push my self everyday, and think im gonna get those six pack. and never give up.
BB Accomplishments:
getting a lean muscle body, nice chest, arms, back, legs, and a 6 pack to go with it, im slim, but when you are slim, is hard to build muscle, bc my metabolism is to fast, but im trying to lift more, and do less cardio.

A good start to getting leaner is to eat 5-8 healthy meals spread out evenly throughout the day and increasing cardio to 3-5 times a week for 45-60 minutes. Good luck!
Whats up homie...What do I do to stay lean and ripped? I watch my diet and keep my butt going to the gym...Easy to say, hard to do...Thanks for the comment!
