When I Started:
Oct, 2007
How I Started:
I started seriously working out about a year ago, in january of 2008, so is been a year, i believe so, i actually during my teenage years in high school, i wasnt really interested in sports, and then decide to join a gym, just to wast my time, and i got to the point that i realize, that i like working out, and keep going monday-saturday, to lift weights, i hate cardio, the only cardio that i like is that class that i take call body pump, alot of squats, and leg work, it helps to get you tone, and so far, i have been doing that class twice a week, Im actually start going to this new gym called Peak Fitness, the have a bunch of equipment, to work out, and you can do a bunch of variety of exercises, so it makes it fun...... i love working out. is awesome.
Why I Love It:
because i kind of have the goal to become a body builder, in the Lean Muscle class, i been trying to increase the weight on everything, and increase the weight, and reps, so my muscle can really growth, even ifs hard, but i know that at the end, if i dont cheat myself, it will pay off eventually.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just feel better, if i see that im progressing, or when u get comments from ppl, at they gym, and i pretty much do for me, and my health, plus is kind of cool, to have a good body.
BB Accomplishments:
getting a lean muscle body, nice chest, arms, back, legs, and a 6 pack to go with it, im slim, but when you are slim, is hard to build muscle, bc my metabolism is to fast, but im trying to lift more, and do less cardio.

Ya the diet (for me) was the biggest help and the toughest part. It really helped for me to make my breakfasts/lunches the day before during the work week. Stick with it man, it's a solid program.
Hey Guysc22, no real secrets, I'm afraid to say. Drop your simple carbs, get protein, lift heavy & you'll see changes before you know it. Best of luck! al
6 pack abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. Excersize your stomach obviously, crunches, legs raises ect. But it all comes down to bodyfat percentage. Unfortunately we can't tell our bodys WHERE to store fat, all of it, even if it's only a tiny bit, goes to our stomach!
thanks for the comment! check out my blog. I just posted yesterday and am looking for feedback. Also if interested send me your email or sign up on my web page for free nutrition info.

A good start to getting leaner is to eat 5-8 healthy meals spread out evenly throughout the day and increasing cardio to 3-5 times a week for 45-60 minutes. Good luck!
Whats up homie...What do I do to stay lean and ripped? I watch my diet and keep my butt going to the gym...Easy to say, hard to do...Thanks for the comment!
