I got started in high school for sports and then continued to compete in Triathlons. Now I do it to maintain muscle and have a nice healthly looking body.
Why I Love It:
The results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having a partner. Working a program that delivers results. When you see progress you stay motivated.
Shread for summer. Benching 275lbs and Running 6:00 Mile.
Goal (Long):
I have always been very thin. Now I am 6'0 200 pounds of muscle. I have always been cut now I have the mass. I will now concentrate on becomming more ripped. I am going to ramp up the cardio and abs, while retaning my newly attained mass and strength. I want to bench 275 and run a 6:30 mile.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Kinda like Brad Pitt. I want a little more size than he has. I would like to have decent size and be ripped....I know its alot to ask. I am almost there.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Hey thanks man! I've gotta say it's a true compliment coming from a real bounty hunter! As a cross country runner I can definitely respect trying to get that 6:00 mile and I've got nothing but confidence that you'll get it. Keep up the work!
Thanks for for stopping by. Your progress pics show you've been hitting it hard bro. Killer midsection, where as mine needs killing; it keeps growing! LOL
