This was at 210 lbs my personal worst. This was taken my senior year when i smoked( and obviously drew stupid tattoos onmyself), and sometimes starve myself because i wanted to lose weight for the girls. This is the picture that changed my life.
This was taken as my personal low of 165 lbs. I am very happy in this picture haha. I feel good about myself and now time to bulk.
I went into GNC the other day didnt have the days to wait for shipping sorry bodybuilding.com... but anyway They talked me out of my NO-Xplode which i like alot and said this stuff was way better so i said what the hell ill try it what do i got to lose.. well i lost 60 bucks and then had to go...
hey no worries there is never such thing as a stupid ?.. i think i have fair genetics and my body type is good.. hell for lunch i just ate 2 dominos thin crust pizzas and had 9bud lights.. but i take a lot of supplements and usually eat good and work harder in the gym then anybody there.. and im still stronger then the guys who juice..
oh and just to try to help ya out.. there is no such thing as spot reducing.. god i wish i got paid to tell people that again thats why im not a trainer anymore.. lol.. anyways you loose fat from all over your body you can do 1000situps a day dosent mean you will have a six pack i work abs once or twice a month.. i stay lean and dont let my bf go more then 14%
a sample day? hmmm i eat take pills take more pills eat more then workout lol.. i dunno i cant get bulky because then if i need to do a photoshoot its too much of a pain in the ass to drop weight in a week and take waterloss pills then my muscles look soft and weak.. i stay like 210-220lbs year round just get stronger.. im 214.3lbs today..
i figured since we are both on bbing.com and you work at a gym you might be interested in the fitness field are you taking those type of classes at BSC as some electives? if so what days?
4 is too much for me hell even 3 is sometimes.. i just take 2 when i feel the need.. just out of curiosity though why are you taking them? you look cut you need TO GAIN!!
yeah i like it.. my brother thinks hes invincible and dosent need to follow directions so he took 4 then threw up all over the gym it was terrible.. i take 3 2x a day.. or 2 4x a day..
Considering all that weight loss you've done a remarkable job getting it toned, muscled and defined. Stay healthy and motivated. You'll get there. Andre
